The Resilience Project
We've partnered with to offer a FREE digital webinar. This interactive digital presentation with Hugh van Cuylenburg is designed to help you understand the 3 key principles to resilience – Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness (GEM) – and be inspired to support your own wellbeing. The presentation is 50 minutes you will have unlimited access during the month of October.Ìý
You can watch this in your own time or join a Resilience Project session happening once a week in October to watch with other students. As part of the session, you'll receive a FREE 21-day wellbeing journal and lunch. This journal will help you put learnings into practice and build positive wellbeing habits through daily activities and reflections over 21 days.

Caring for your mental health and wellbeing is a personal journey, and it can take different forms for everyone. It's about discovering the right balance across all areas of your life - physical, mental, social, and emotional. By making small, intentional changes, you can begin to understand what supports your wellbeing and help maintain your resilience.
