Celebrating resilience strategies for mental health onÌýWorld Mental Health Day. Start the day with a FREE and then join us from 11am - 3pmÌýforÌý¹ó¸é·¡·¡ food, yarning, crafts, mindfulness sessions, sensory zones, thrifting, gardening, giveaways, and music on 10 October on the Barr Smith Lawns! You can also bring your bike to be engraved by SAPOL and avoid worry of theft!Ìý
