- Advocate for policies and initiatives that prioritize student wellbeing, collaborating with relevant campus stakeholders to ensure that the student voice is heard, and that wellbeing remains a central focus. This includes supporting.聽the implementation of the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
- Collect feedback from students through surveys and focus groups to continually assess the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and to identify areas for improvement.

My name is Janani Palanikumar (Jan) and I am studying my Masters in Business Administration.
I have experienced distressing issues in the past and was not able to express my concerns to anyone. That experience was challenging and I felt isolated and stranded. One should express their concern and get the troubles out of their mind, instead of bearing all the burden by themselves.
Hence, by being a part of this amazing family, I would like to give a shoulder to those experiencing distressing events, and help them recover and tackle those odds to become a proud individual.
