SSO is a self-service tool where you apply for and manage your leave, view your payslip, manage your banking details, update your personal information, record your PDR and perform a number of other self-service transactions.

CAPS is aÌýfully automated and integrated online system supporting processes associated with managing contracts and paying the University’s casual workforce.
Recruitment System (PageUp)
Recruitment System provides an automated process to assist recruitment, selection and appointment capability.
Contract Review & Administration for Fixed Term (CRAFT)
CRAFT is a fully automated and integrated online system supporting processes associated with managing subsequent fixed term employment contracts.

AppoINT is a fully automated and integrated online system which simplifies the appointment of internal candidates.

Workforce Analytics Dashboard
Cognos Business Intelligence reporting suite and can be used to access a number of key HR Metrics including; Women in Leadership,ÌýAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples numbers, Excess Leave, Leave Balances,ÌýStaff and Titleholder headcount, Job Family & FTE.
PeopleSoft is the HR information system used to manage all HR administration and payroll functions for the entire University.

Voluntary Flexible Work Arrangement
The VFWA’s that may be requested by eligible staff members at the ³ÉÈË´óƬ include:
