Professors as Leaders
On 7 November 2018, the ³ÉÈË´óƬ Academic Board unanimously endorsed the University's inaugural statement of expectations for ³ÉÈË´óƬ Professors.
Professors as Leaders acknowledges that a professor is someone whose performance and pre-eminence as a scholar of international standing has been recognised by the academy, and that maintaining the standing of the professoriate is dependent on professors continuing to be exemplary in their conduct and output.
TheÌýStaff Values and Behaviour Framework articulates and enshrines the principles that seek to shape the culture of our University. We all have a role to play in ensuring that the University’s values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery form the bedrock of our culture.
