Complaints Resolution (Staff) Procedure
The new Complaints Resolution (Staff) Procedure has been approved and is now available on the policies website.
The Procedure aims to empower staff to report and resolve complaints themselves and comprises a flexible three stage process, focusing on informal complaint resolution processes to resolve less serious matters (self-resolution or supported resolution) ahead of formal complaint resolution processes; the formal process also being appropriate in the first instance for matters deemed serious.
