Facilities Bookings

The University offers a wealth of event and function spaces, from heritage buildings to state-of-the-art seminar rooms.

Bookings for the majority of rooms and spaces across all three University campuses are centrally managed by Infrastructure. This includes bookings for all of the common teaching spaces (lecture theatres, seminar rooms, laboratories and more).

NOTE: Room availability will be limited in 2024 because the University has a large number of events celebrating the 150th anniversary.

Can students book venues on campus?

Yes! Booking spaces for study, group work or meetings with your student club is easy. 

Most of the Uni’s classrooms can be  when they are not in use for teaching. Go beyond the popular study rooms in the Hub and University Library and discover the extensive range of space that you can use, from seminar rooms in Napier to the Mawson Corner BBQ.
