Capital Projects & Facilities Management
We are responsible for the procurement of a wide variety of projects ranging from multi-million dollar major constructions to small redevelopment and refurbishment works. Capital Projects & Facilities Management manage construction projects from inception through to completion, with the provision of services.
Estate Planning & Investment
We are responsible for leading the development of the strategic approach to the management, planning and investment in the University’s extensive and diverse property portfolio.
Infrastructure Strategy & Support Services
We are responsible for leading and managing business analysis and process improvement for the Infrastructure Branch including managing the facilities management systems strategy, communications and relationship management with faculties, divisions and external parties, and governance and reporting.
