PCE can also design specific programs to meet the training and development need of academic staff from TAFE SA. In addition to the public programs the unit can assist TAFE SA staff in team-building activities, facilitating planning days and conducting individual and group career planning sessions. PCE can also offer TAFE SA managerial staff individual coaching programs for leadership, management, business and career development. Personal coaching is particularly suited to individuals who are committed to their own professional development and are open to receiving feedback and support to this end.
