How we manage projects
Project Management within Information Technology and Digital Services serves the University through the delivery of technology based projects. To help our customers succeed we strive to be efficient, responsive and adaptive to their needs. Building strong and effective partnerships with our stakeholders is key to enabling this success.
Flexibility and scalability
The projects within the Information Technology and Digital Services portfolio are established each year through a consultation process to align with the priorities, budget and strategic direction of the University. This typically results in a project portfolio with a whole variety of business needs, technologies, sizes and complexities. Technology can provide guidance on approach, methodologies and processes to best meet business need - scaling or adapting the project as required.
Project delivery
Program and Digital Solutions staff involved in project delivery perform a range of capabilities including program and project management, change management, application development, business analysis, solution architecture design, test and evaluation services, and administration support.
