During Mental Health Awareness Month, we work to educate students about the importance of mental health and provide resources and support for those struggling with mental health challenges. This observance aims to encourage open conversations about mental health, increase access to mental health services, and promote understanding and empathy for those affected by mental health conditions.聽
The theme for Mental Health Awareness Month this October is #MentalHealthAlly encouraging active support and advocacy for individuals who are dealing with mental health challenges to create a supportive environment.聽
