Experiential Activities
HDR students can claim credit for participation in experiential, commercialisation, and engagement activities.
-
Experiential activities
Experiential activities include other learning experiences that enhance the knowledge and skills of a researcher but that are not formally taught, such as attending conferences and the preparation and presentation of materials for conferences, seminars and symposia.
For a list of eligible experiential activities, download the CaRST Experiential Activities table.

Other commercialisation and engagement activities
Other commericialisation and engagement activities focus on arrangements with external organisations that enable experiential learning related to the HDR. Student participation in this set of activities is used by the Australian Government to measure research end-user engagement.
