Kerstin is an experienced Executive and Non-Executive Director with a uniquely developed skill set and a proven track record in technology commercialization, stakeholder engagement, and partnering with industries and universities at an international level. She is well-practiced in research, global and start-up businesses, as well as government funding programs, working across multiple industry sectors, including Biotech, Pharma, and Ag-Tech. Kerstin has unique abilities in facilitating strategic connections across ecosystems.
Passionate about the commercialization of new technologies that benefit society, Kerstin has an entrepreneurial spirit and has mentored start-ups, founded, and grown her own business. Through her business, she provides support for University IP commercialization, start-ups, accelerator programs, and supports global companies in forming links with the Australian ecosystem. Her focus is on enabling strategic global and national collaborations and connections, which are critical in the translation of Intellectual Property. She believes in paying it forward by sharing knowledge and networks.
Kerstin is experienced in board and advisory positions, with a recent appointment as a member of the Investment Review Committee for the prestigious Walter Eliza Hall 66ten Fund, Australia鈥檚 largest Research Institution Investment Fund.
