The Learning Systems Team offers advice and technical support for MyUni (Canvas) Learning Management System and associated tools (such as Echo360, Turnitin, and Feedback Fruits).

Our friendly service is provided via our dedicated Help Desk, the MyUni Knowledge Base, and by Virtual Meeting Bookings at your convenience. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Support for Staff

Support for staff is provided during business hours by the Adelaide-based MyUni Support Team weekdays from 9am to 5pm (ACST).

Outside of business hours calls are re-directed to the International Canvas Support Team.
