Enrolment Checklist
Before you can enrol into classes, you are required to complete the enrolment checklist.
Students must聽add or update information about themselves to ensure that the University can maintain accurate records. For legal compliance you must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Please write in plain English, and use correct spelling.

Declaration
Read this information carefully before you select 鈥業 Agree鈥 as this indicates that you agree to be bound by the statutes, regulations, rules and policies of the University and the release of information to statutory authorities, as required by law.
If the personal details listed are incorrect, seek advice from Ask Adelaide.
Addresses
You must provide a current address. Do not list a University academic or administrative area as your home or mailing address.
Home address
- you must have a residential home address and cannot provide a PO Box
- if you are a temporary resident in Australia, your home address must be an overseas address.
Mailing address
- if you are a permanent resident or Australian citizen you don鈥檛 have to enter a mailing address unless you want mail from the University to be sent somewhere other than your home address
- once you鈥檝e entered a mailing address you must keep it up to date
- if you are a temporary resident in Australia you must provide an Australian mailing address.
Billing address
Only provide a billing address if you want your University invoices sent to an address different from your home or mailing address. This address will appear on your notice. If a third party (employer, sponsor or parents) is paying your fees, it is your responsibility to forward your invoice by post or electronically.
Telephone numbers
It鈥檚 important to keep your telephone contact details up to date. You can enter various types of phone numbers, change any existing numbers or delete a number that is no longer valid.
Emergency contact
The University needs to know who you would like us to contact in the event of an emergency. This could be a parent, guardian, relative or close friend - someone local, interstate or overseas.
Statistics
The University has a legal obligation to collect information on behalf of the Commonwealth Government and it鈥檚 important that the information you provide is accurate and correct.

Unique Student Identifier [USI]
The Australian Government is extending the USI to higher education students in 2021.
础听 [USI] is a reference number that creates an online record of your qualifications attained in Australia. All students undertaking a higher education qualification, in order to receive a qualification upon successful completion from 2023, and to receive commonwealth financial assistance from 2021.
You will need a (USI) before you can enrol in your courses, with the exception of international students. Enter your USI in your enrolment checklist in Access Adelaide before enrolling.
International students will be required to obtain a USI before 2023 and will be advised of this in the future.聽

Fee status
This displays the current fee status recorded against your program(s).
If you are a Commonwealth Supported student you must complete a Request for Commonwealth Support and HECS-HELP form. This includes students that are New Zealand Citizens and Permanent Residents who are eligible to enrol as Commonwealth Supported students.
If you are enrolling in more than one program you will be required to complete a form for each program for which you are Commonwealth Supported.
Domestic fee paying students may be eligible to apply for FEE-HELP assistance by completing the Request for FEE-HELP Assistance form.
Both the HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP forms can be completed electronically by choosing the appropriate screen options.
International Students should check that their fee status is correctly recorded as 鈥淚nternational鈥.
Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP
Commonwealth Supported students must complete a Request for Commonwealth Support form once for each program in which they are enrolled. Before completing this form you must read the information for Commonwealth supported students booklet, available from (hardcopy is available from Ask Adelaide, Hub Central, North Terrace Campus) to understand your obligations.
Upon successful completion of the form you will be given a receipt number and given the option to print your completed form. It is recommended that you print your form, as this is the only opportunity you will have to do so. If you choose not to print your form it is strongly recommended that you note your receipt number.
Request for FEE-HELP assistance
FEE-HELP is a loan facility that helps eligible students to pay their tuition fees. It is a scheme that operates in a similar way to HECS-HELP in that eligible students can borrow from the Commonwealth government for some or all of their tuition fees (within set limits) and repay this through the taxation system.
Domestic students that wish to apply for FEE-HELP must complete this form once for each program. Before completing this form you must read the FEE-HELP Information booklet, available from (hardcopy is available from Ask Adelaide, Hub Central, North Terrace Campus) to understand your obligations.
Upon successful completion of the form you will be given a receipt number and given the option to print your completed form. It is recommended that you print your form, as this is the only opportunity you will have to do so. If you choose not to print your form it is strongly recommended that you note your receipt number.
Please note that you cannot successfully complete this form without providing your Tax File Number (TFN). If you do not have a TFN and have applied to the Australian Taxation Office for one, it is strongly recommended that you obtain a certificate from them and provide it to Ask Adelaide. You must provide either your TFN or a certificate of application for a TFN to the University before the census date. If you do not do so you are not eligible to use FEE-HELP and will be required to pay your full tuition directly to the University.
Expected completion
You must enter the year and teaching period you expect to complete your studies. This information is important as it allows us to contact you electronically and provide information about graduation ceremonies and what you need to do to prepare for your graduation. If you are currently enrolled in more than one program, you must indicate your expected completion year and semester/term for each program.
