How to Register
To connect with Disability Support we encourage you to register with our service as soon as you have enrolled, as some Reasonable Adjustments require planning.
The personal health information you provide is confidential and is only available to Disability Support. Registering with Disability Support will not appear on your transcript.
Please complete the online registration form and include the Verification Impact Statement with details about the Reasonable Adjustments you may require.
We are also happy to meet with you before you have accepted your offer of study. Please follow the same registration process, and choose the ‘Prospective student’ option.

Before completing the online registration form:
- Visit your Health Practitioner to complete the Verification and Impact Statement (VIS) below.
- If you have been diagnosed with a Specific Learning Disability (e.g. Dyslexia) instead of completing the VIS please provide a copy of your Adult Learning Assessment/Psycho-Educational AssessmentÌýfrom at least high school age or older.
- Scan copies of your VIS; Adult Learning Assessment; SATAC/Year 12 accommodations; other university Access Plan to attach to your online registration.

You are also welcome to drop by our office during business hours. We are located in Hughes Building, Level 6, North Terrace Campus.
Register for Disability Support
Once we receive your registration, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange an appointment with a Disability Advisor. During this appointment the information in your registration and the documentation provided will be discussed, to help us determine what Reasonable Adjustments you may require
