    It鈥檚 been a challenging 18 months since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world and prioritising our mental health has never been more important.

    In this session you will hear from Registered Psychologist, Maddie Clise from RAA鈥檚 Organisational Capability team. Maddie will provide practical tools to support and prioritise your own mental health and wellbeing now and as you move into the workplace. She will discuss how you can thrive in the 鈥渘ew-normal鈥 hybrid world, and enhance your wellbeing, despite the challenges of ongoing uncertainty and remote work.

  • Demystifying Psychometric testing (Masterclass)

    Psychometric assessments can be a difficult step in the recruitment process. During this 1-hour session you鈥檒l hear from Kaushini, a听psychologist who鈥檒l explain what psychometric assessments are, and the different types you might be asked to complete when applying for jobs.听

    Kaushini will also provide examples of assessment items, offer some handy tips on preparing for and completing assessments, and give you a behind-the-scenes look at how companies use them to determine successful candidates.
