Christmas - Processing of requests
Ask Adelaide will be closed from 4 pm Monday 23rd December 2024 and reopen 8 am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
During this time, there will be no processing of shop orders (i.e. letters, Academic Transcripts, ID cards) or email requests (i.e. education verifications, printing error re-credit requests, document collection by proxy requests.)Ìý
Express processing for online shop orders will be available until 1pm Friday 20th December. After this time, only standard processing will be available.ÌýOrders not processed by 23 December will be processed upon return to business.
A printed copy and/or a digital copy of your academic transcript may be requested.
Please allow up to five working days for your transcript to be issued, except for pre-1985 records, which may take up to two weeks.ÌýIt is your responsibility to check your records, ensure you have no outstanding debts with the University and include all relevant information before submitting your request to avoid delay. Please select carefully as there are no refunds.
Important information:
If you have recently completed your studies, pleaseÌýÌýthat your transcript reflects your updated GPA and any newly released results, and there is a completion or conferral row.Ìý
If your transcript still shows your program is 'In Progress', do not place a request in the online shop until it has been updated withÌýthe completion or conferral row.Ìý
If your University accountÌýcurrently holds a negative service indicator, we will not be able to process your academic transcript request until this is resolved.

Digital transcripts are not available.

A digital copy will be available via My eQuals. Your most recently issued transcript will supersede any previously issued transcript.

About your transcript
Your official academic transcript contains a complete record of all your academic study undertaken at the ³ÉÈË´óƬÌýor Roseworthy Agricultural College or the South Australian College of Advanced EducationÌý(SACAE – Kintore Avenue).Ìý
Your transcript willÌýoutline the following:
- Every program you have ever studied at the University
- Every subject you undertook (completed or otherwise)
- The grade you received for each subject (including any fails or withdraw no fail results)
- List your completion or conferral details (if applicable)
- Grade Point Average (only if you commenced study in relevant programs after 2002)
- Credit transfer units (if applicable)
If you have studied more than one program, they will be included on a single transcript.
As your transcript is a complete record of all study, it is not possible to request a separate transcript for a particular program.
