Christmas - Processing of requests
Ask Adelaide will be closed from 4 pm Monday 23rd December 2024 and reopen 8 am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
During this time, there will be no processing of shop orders (i.e. letters, Academic Transcripts, ID cards) or email requests (i.e. education verifications, printing error re-credit requests, document collection by proxy requests.)聽
Express processing for online shop orders will be available until 1pm Friday 20th December. After this time, only standard processing will be available.聽Orders not processed by 23 December will be processed upon return to business.
There are a number of documents that are made available for collection from Ask Adelaide, and there are often times when the owner of these is unable to collect the documents themselves.
In these cases, someone may authorise a third party (proxy) to collect the documents on their behalf. Proxy authorisation can be made at the time of placing your request (via the Online Shop for transcripts and letters, or via MyAdelaide for testamurs) but in the event that this has not occurred the below Third Party Proxy Authorisation Form can be submitted.
If you have been notified that one (or more) of the below documents have become available for collection from Ask Adelaide, but are unable to collect it yourself, this form has been provided to nominate a proxy to collect them on your behalf:

- Testamur
- Transcript

Document Collection for Current Students and Recent Graduates
If you completed your degree less than 1 year ago and your University login still works, please submit the below electronic聽Third Party Proxy Authorisation Form.

Document Collection for Former Students
Testamur
If you completed your degree more than 1 year ago and your University login no longer works, please complete the hardcopy Third Party Proxy Authorisation form.
Your proxy must bring the original signed authorisation form and their photo identification聽to Ask Adelaide in order to collect your testamur.
Letters and Transcripts
Please email the Ask Adelaide team (enquiry@adelaide.edu.au) to notify them of the authorisation. If you have received an email notifying you a document is ready, you can also respond directly there.
