University receives $1.9 million in industry linked ARC grants
The ³ÉÈË´óƬ has been awarded $1,965,291 in linkage grants by the Australian Research Council to undertake research that will bring benefits in the meat, hemp, mining and performing arts industries.

Four Future Fellows awarded $3.4 million
Four ³ÉÈË´óƬ researchers have collectively been awarded more than $3.4 million from the Federal Government to advance their work. This work will strengthen the University’s Industry Engagement Priorities as encapsulated in its strategic plan, Future Making.
ARC grant to improve salmonella vaccine efficacy in poultry
The ³ÉÈË´óƬ has been awarded a $390,000 Linkage Grant by the Australian Research Council to improve the effectiveness of Salmonella Typhimurium vaccine in poultry, to lower the risk of food-borne pathogens, and ultimately reduce the number of cases of human salmonella infection.

Discovery success to ³ÉÈË´óƬ researchers will benefit Australians
Twenty-seven ³ÉÈË´óƬ researchers have collectively received more than $10.8 million in funding from the Federal Government to further their work in diverse areas that will impact on people’s lives in Australia and globally.

Five ³ÉÈË´óƬ researchers have collectively been awarded more than $2 million from the Federal Government to advance their work in diverse areas including cognitive impairment, solar ammonia production, and cybersecurity.

ARC funds seven ³ÉÈË´óƬ projects
Seven ³ÉÈË´óƬ researchers have collectively been awarded more than $5.7 million from the Federal Government to advance their work in diverse areas including ice shelf disintegration, medical image datasets, organ donation, and the evolution of pest species.
