The deadline for reporting notifiable events to the Insurance office is Friday 18 October 2024. Incidents occurring after that date must be reported as they occur or as soon as they become known and before 31 October 2024.

The deadline for reporting notifiable events is Monday 12 December 2022. Any new events that arise after this date need to be notified to the Insurance Office as soon as they occur, or as soon as they become known to you, and before 31 December 2022 to attract the benefit of insurance cover.
