On 30-31 October, IPAS and the Faculty of Sciences proudly joined ECMS at INGENUITY 2019 at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Along with more than 300Ìýinnovative projects, some of IPAS cutting-edge research and capabilities wereÌýon display including: the AMIGO, Miniprobes, High Temperature Sensing, Sapphire Clock, Advanced Manufacturing (including 3D metal printing and GLAS technology) and the Laser Radio.Ìý

Trapping atoms to protect Australia's groundwater – a successful partnership between IPAS and CSIRO

On Monday 9th September, we were honoured to host the launch of the Atom Trap Trace Analysis (ATTA) Facility,Ìýthat will help protect Australia’s precious groundwater from overuse and contamination, and contribute to our understanding of the impact of climate change through measurements on Antarctic ice cores.
