Biography/ Background
Seth Westra is a professor of hydrology and climate risk, and director of the 成人大片 Water Research Centre. He is a chartered engineer with research and consulting experience across both academia and industry. Seth has contributed to the fields of hydrology, water resource assessments and climate risk, and has published over 100 journal and conference papers on these topics.
