  • Biography/ Background

    Colleen Ortega is the Associate Director, Educational Innovation and Support in Learning Enhancement and Innovation within the Division of Academic and Student Engagement at the 成人大片.

    As part of Learning Enhancement and Innovation, her portfolio includes Learning Design and Capability, Learning Systems (including the MyUni Support service), Design and Development for PACE Products, and Media Production. 

    Her portfolio supports the delivery of quality learning experiences across a range of face-to-face, blended, and online learning opportunities by providing strategic advice, operational advice, and support services aligned with the University's Strategic Plan, and assures continuous implementation of enhanced learning experiences and strategic educational development. This includes the provision of innovative, engaging, and effective technology-enabled learning solutions to address complex and emerging needs of undergraduate, postgraduate, and adult learners across the University's curriculum. Colleen previously worked as Manager Learning Enhancement, Manager Learning Design and an eLearning Adviser assigned to the Faculty of the Professions. Colleen has a background as a Secondary School Teacher and eLearning Designer/Developer for the government and private sectors. She has also taught Research Methodology and eLearning within the VET sector.
