  • Biography/ Background

    Agus Wicaksana is a lecturer in Business Analytics at the Adelaide Business School, 成人大片. Prior to this role, Agus was an associate lecturer at the University of Melbourne. His research interests focus on risk management in firm operations and supply chains. He utilises quantitative empirical research methods to analyse secondary data from various databases. Agus is currently part of the Editorial Review Board Developmental Program for the Journal of Supply Chain Management, a premier journal in operations and supply chain management. Recently, he participated in two research projects under the Partnership for Australia-Indonesia Research (PAIR), supported by the Australia–Indonesia Centre (AIC). These projects investigated the digital literacy and analytics competencies of supply chain and healthcare workers in South Sulawesi, Indonesia.

    Agus received the Melbourne Research Scholarship for his PhD at the University of Melbourne and completed his master’s degree in Supply Chain Management through the prestigious Australia Awards Scholarship. Additionally, he received an outstanding student award from the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA) for his bachelor’s thesis. Before transitioning to an academic career, Agus worked as an operations and supply chain professional in Indonesia.
