DASE Plan on a Page 2024-2025
In line with the University's Strategic Plan - Future Making, the Division's Plan on a Page 2024-2025聽was developed with the Division's Senior Executives. The Plan outlines the Division's vision with critical strategic priorities and the key enablers required to support this work.
Portfolio Operational Plans
Operational Plans have been developed by each DASE Branch that present a high-level overview of the purpose and structure of each area, success measures, and a summary of the key activities/initiatives aligned to the Plan on a Page. Progress against the Operational Plans is monitored by the DASE Leadership Team through the Resource and Planning Committee chaired by Lori Hocking, Executive Director Education Transformation.
