Meet South Australia's new Governor
This month we sat down with our new Governor, Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC. Repeatedly ranked as one of South Australia's most influential people before her appointment, Ms Adamson was a member of the Champions of Change Coalition and Australia’s most senior diplomat. A ³ÉÈË´óƬ economics graduate, international diplomat, political counsellor and mother of four, she has had an illustrious career and is refreshingly humble when talking about her journey to Government House.

Art and soul: Local artist makes her mark
Over the past few years, Tsering Hannaford has gained significant recognition in the art industry and community, with an undeniable talent, passion and dedication to her craft. She has featured in exhibitions across the globe and achieved an impressive seven nominations for the prestigious Archibald Prize. Though pursuing painting professionally seemed like a natural fit, Tsering almost ended up on a very different career path.Â

Alumna Rachael Azzopardi, co-founder and creative director of Adelaide's new winter festival Illuminate Adelaide has come a long way since her days as a student at the Elder Conservatorium. With a career in arts, event and festival management spanning 30 years, she has worked hard to become one of the most respected and influential producers and event creators in the country. In 2021, Rachael has returned home to South Australia to take on her most exciting project to date.
