Alumni Communications Request
Please submit your request to send email communications to the University鈥檚 alumni community via our online form.
The University鈥檚 Alumni Relations team coordinates the distribution of mass email communications to our 80,000+ alumni and supporters globally who are contactable by email. 听Each year, we send more than 300 emails to promote a diverse range of University events, programs and initiatives to our alumni community.
To maintain high rates of engagement with our communications; ensure the University meets its legal obligations regarding data privacy; and avoid high unsubscription rates and 鈥榮pamming鈥 complaints from email recipients, all requests for email communications to alumni must be coordinated through the Alumni Relations team.
Prior to submitting your email communication request, please note the following:
- All requests to send email communications to alumni must be received via this form at least two weeks prior to the intended release date.
听 - Submission of your communication request via this form does not constitute acceptance of your request, or guarantee that your email will be sent. 听Alternative methods which may be used to promote your initiative include promotion on the 成人大片 Alumni social media channels, or inclusion as an item in the monthly Alumni News community email.
听 - The Alumni Relations team reserves the right to edit, omit, modify or delete any content provided to ensure emails meet University requirements and support high levels of engagement from recipients.
听 - Emails may need to be rescheduled, delayed or postponed from time to time to avoid multiple emails being sent at the same time; when there are communication 鈥渂lackout鈥 periods for major University announcements or promotions (where no other emails can be sent); or where team resourcing requires. 听This will be communicated to you prior to the intended release date.
听 - Failure to submit all the necessary information for your email by the required deadline will result in delays to the release of your email.
