CLE - Contract Law Current Issues: Informal Contracts, Repudiation, and Damages

The John Bray Alumni Network hopes you can join us for our next Continuing Legal Education session -聽Contract Law Current Issues: Informal Contracts, Repudiation, and Damages.

This seminar provides a brief update on three topical issues in contract law. The first is how courts construe oral contracts and contracts by conduct. The second is how one needs to approach termination for repudiation. And the third is how one assesses damages for reliance loss. Dr Catterwell will briefly discuss each topic in light of recent case law and then take questions from attendees.
