The Department of Mathematical Physics (1951-1986) educated many successful scientists, academics and business people. This is a great opportunity for a reunion of alumni of all vintages, including higher degree graduates, honours graduates, bachelor graduates with a major in mathematical physics and post-1986 theoretical physicists who were students or colleagues of ex staff members of the department.

We hope you can join former classmates, colleagues and friends to celebrate and reminisce about your university days and where life has taken you since.

Reminiscence talks

Talks may be very brief, or up to 12 mins max, and are encouraged from all attending. Starting with those who had the earliest contact, historically speaking, and ending with the more recent graduates. For those who can't attend, you may nominate someone to read a message from you.

Accommodation

For those intending to arrive from interstate: we have found that accommodation on the night of Sunday 7th April is prohibitively expensive, Sunday being the last day of AFL Gather Round. Accommodation on Monday 8th April will be about one fifth of the inflated price, therefore we intend to start our reunion early in the afternoon of 8th April.
