The space industry is Australia's fastest growing commercial sector. Join us for an insightful panel discussion led by space experts and professionals representing diverse perspectives, including the start-up community, the business and corporate space sector, and the public sector, on the opportunities that exist in space.
Meet our panel
Harrison Box (Founder and CEO, Paladin Space)
Always interested in space, Harrison led a project during university to design, build, and test a liquid rocket engine in the Mojave Desert, with his findings provided to global space agencies. His business is working to develop the world鈥檚 first reusable satellites that collect and eliminate space debris. Harrison was previously awarded Engineer of the Year at BAE Systems in the UK.
Stephanie Wan (Associate Director, KPMG)
Stephanie is the Space Industry Lead at KPMG's Adelaide Office. She has previously worked for NASA as a Systems Analyst II, and was the former Chair of the Space Generation Advisory Council in Support of the United Nations Programme on Space Applications. Stephanie is also a space foodie, and volunteers with the Methuselah Foundation on the NASA Deep Space Food Challenge.
Zandria Farrell (National Manager - Space, Bureau of Meteorology)
Zandria is an engagement and strategic specialist whose space journey started in 2018 when she joined the Australian Space Agency, where she was responsible for the signing of international arrangements with key space agencies. Prior to her 'space trajectory' Zandria held roles across several Federal Government agencies including Environment and Industry.
