AI on the Ground Seminar: Building a responsible ecosystem for AI in health

We were honoured to welcome Assoc Prof and Prof from the to the as speakers for our first AI on the Ground seminar, focusing on building a responsible artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem for the health sector.

While AI has demonstrated its applicability in the clinic, their discussion emphasised that AI systems act like mirrors, reflecting biases in the input data鈥攔aising the question, 鈥淒o these models serve everyone fairly?"

We were delighted to welcome over 55 attendees, both online and in-person, including representatives from the including the Women鈥檚 and Children鈥檚 Aboriginal Health Unit, , and .
