Presentation session
Disney invites all eligible students to a presentation session to learn more about their Cultural Exchange Program. Find out details about the program, the benefits and opportunities it can offer you and how the experience can carry on into your professional development. Use this opportunity to ask any questions you might have about the program and to find out if it's the right fit for you!
Event Details:
Date: Monday 12 August 2024
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm (45-min presentation and 15-min Q&A), from 3:00 pm interviews will take place (10-15 minutes per student)
Eligibility:聽Disney requires eligible students to be citizens of Australia or New Zealand.
Students must be enrolled in an accredited, degree-issuing university and return to their studies for at least one term following the program or participate immediately following graduation. Applicants must also be able to speak fluent English and be at least 18 years of age at the time of application submission. Applicants must also be Australian or New Zealand citizens.聽
About the Program
The Disney Cultural Exchange Program is based in Walt Disney World Resort,聽located near Orlando,聽Florida in the USA. The program is 5 to 12 months long. Students participating in the program relocate to Walt Disney World where they live, learn, and earn at a fortune 100 entertainment company and global leader in travel and tourism.
Participants of this program have the opportunity to gain real world聽PAID聽work experience with a world-renowned entertainment company, learn skills from Disney leaders, meet people from around the world and take part in a life-changing experience.聽Participants work in front line, guest-facing roles throughout our Parks & Resorts.聽To find out more about what Disney Programs alumni have to say about their experiences, check out the Life at Disney blog:聽.

Interviews
For students who have applied for the Disney Cultural Exchange Program, Disney recruiters will be conducting interviews on-site after the presentation session. You will be informed of the interview details by the Disney team.
