Scenes from the South Exhibition

Two linked exhibitions focusing on the lives and migrations of two of the most distinguished novelists of our time, Nobel Laureates John Coetzee and Abdulrazak Gurnah, both of whom are taking part in Speaking from the South, a public event that is part of the University's 150th celebrations.

This travelling exhibition travels South, crossing the seas of the southern hemisphere. Showcasing a unique collection of images, maps, archives and artworks, it offers a visual journey along the migratory routes and writing lives of Nobel Laureates John Coetzee and Abdulrazak Gurnah.
