The Monday Morning Mile (MMM) is a FREE community fun run supported by the Faculty of Health & Medical Sciences, 成人大片. It's not just about physical fitness, it's a boost for your mental well-being too! We hope to see you there to kickstart the week - the MMM is held EVERY Monday except for public holidays!
