The Hon Enrique Manalo, Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, will discuss recent developments in the country's relationship with Australia, including the priorities of the Strategic Partnership and how the two countries are working together to ensure a rules-based international order that facilitates global action.
