Career Services is proud to be hosting Dr Karl on campus for his 'Great Moments in Engineering' on 12 September and would love for you to attend.
His Triple J science talkback show, Great Moments in Science, is so popular that the ABC switchboard crashes every time the phone number is given out to listeners! A lifetime student, Dr Karl has earned degrees in Physics, Maths, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine and Surgery. His 'mission' is to spread the word about science and its benefits, and his enthusiasm is infectious!
This event is jointly hosted by Raytheon Australia, who have invited Dr Karl to present on campus as part of their GradX recruitment campaign. GradX is Raytheon's graduate program, and applications are currently open. Along with the presentation by Dr Karl, attendees will also have the opportunity to learn a bit more about GradX and have a chance to speak with members of the Raytheon Australia team following the presentation.
