Wellbeing webinar: Striking the balance

What we value in life should be reflected in how we spend our time - but this isn’t always possible. This seminar focusses on work life balance and the small changes participants may want to make in order to feel happier and more productive.

This is a comprehensive one hour seminar designed to assist participants with identifying the components of a healthy work-life balance. It will also incorporate components such as setting goals, optimistic thinking and time management with the aim to assist participants both personally and professionally.
