Festival of Learning and Teaching

Hear from University leaders, be inspired by peer presentations and discuss ideas crucial to a future-focused curriculum at the October Festival of Learning and Teaching.

Building upon the success of the April and June events, our third Festival offers a space for staff and student leaders to come together to focus on the education endeavour integral to the purpose of the University.ÌýThis event offers a thought-provoking and interactive on-campus program, with the option to view the plenary and participate in an online session if you are unable to attend in person.

Plenary session

The keynote address will be delivered by Professor Steve Larkin, Pro Vice-Chancellor Indigenous Engagement at the ³ÉÈË´óƬ. Professor Larkin is responsible for leading the ³ÉÈË´óƬ’s strategic and operational commitments to enhancing the participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait in higher education.ÌýFollowing the keynote address, , Executive Dean for the Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology, will present on curriculum and the Future University.ÌýThe audience will be able to participate in Q&A following both of these presentations.
