SA Minister for Energy and Mining Hon Dan van Holst Pellekaan helped break ground on a听. The 1.2 MW solar panel farm will be integrated with a 420kw/1200kWh battery and microgrid and will supply over 40% of the campus' energy requirements.
罢丑别听听was one of 20 to receive funding through the State Government's $150 million听Renewable Technology Fund. It is expected to be operational by May 2020.
The solar farm is part of the听, which outlines听the University's commitment to decrease听the environmental impact of its operations.听
