Vicki Thomson secures Australia-India Strategic Research Fund Fellowship
A big congratulations to 听(School of Biological Sciences) who has been awarded one of only four from the Australian Academy of Science.The fellowship, which is valued at $88,000, will enable Dr Thomson to undertake work at the 听in Bangalore. She will听study the disease risk from black rat species in India.
The Australia-India Strategic Research Fund enables Australian researchers to work collaboratively with Indian scientists. The fund is supported by the Australian Government and is dedicated to solidifying bilateral ties with India.
