Assessment
The University's policy on Assessment for Coursework Programs is based on the following four principles:

Pruebas de lectura: There will be one reading test for each of the four books prescribed as obligatory readings in this course. In each "prueba de lectura", students will have to demonstrate that they have read the whole book.
Ensayo final: The final essay will be based on a recurrent theme that appears in three of the 4 prescribed books. Stduents will present their chosen topic for the essay, to the course coordinator for approval and advice. Topic approval must be obtained at least two weeks before the end of the semester (by the end of week 10)Submission
