Due to the current COVID-19 situation modified arrangements have been made to assessments to facilitate remote learning and teaching. Assessment details provided here reflect recent updates.
The assessments are still group work. This means that students will need to make sure that they have the contact details of their group member/s.
Students will get in touch with their group member/s and develop a plan of action. Students can communicate and share ideas through Google docs, Box (see university web page link above), online chat or phone calls etc.
In the 3-hour Zoom class, breakout rooms for each group (or however many are present on the day) can be created to allow students to speak with their group without disturbing anyone else. The Course Coordinator can pop in to check on each group as well. After the class, students are welcome to remain or can start their own separate meetings.
Task 1a: Oral Presentation
Presentations can be done live on Zoom.
On the day of the presentations in Week 5, all groups will attend the Zoom class. This way, students will get to listen to everyone's presentation and participate in Q&A afterwards. Students can do their speech while sharing their screen, so everyone can see the student’s slides.Assessment Detail

Student Feedback
